Africa
In Reception we have been learning all about Africa.
The children have been accessing a variety of different books, such as:
atlases to explore the continent of Africa using pictures and maps,
animal fact books to learn about the wild animals and their habitats, such as the savanna and the Sahara Desert,
fiction books such as 'The Lion Inside' which Michael is reading in our Safari Role Play area.
Michael said, " I liked this book; the mouse was so brave."
