Lost Species

Over the past few weeks, in our whole class reading lessons, we have been reading a non-fiction text all about Lost Species (animals that are extinct) that once roamed planet earth!

We have focused on animals such as dinosaurs, dodos, the Formosan clouded leopard and the sea cow. During these lessons, we have compared species of animals, used our retrieval skills and writing  the opinions and thoughts of the animals we have learnt about.
