Year 2 Library Visit

Year 2 had a wonderful time visiting Wythenshawe Library, where they learned all about how libraries work and the benefits of having a library card. The children discovered how easy it is to borrow books and take them home to enjoy. They were thrilled to explore the wide range of books available and carefully chose one to read during our visit.

As well as reading, the children took part in fun activities, including making their own bookmarks to take home. We also borrowed a selection of books to bring back to school, which we have really enjoyed reading together this week. The trip was a fantastic opportunity to inspire a love of reading, and many of the children are now eager to visit the library again with their families.
