Setting exercise goals

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Class: Year 3 Year: 2022 - 2023

We went outside to test how many star jumps we could do, we then recorded this and set a new goal for us to try and achieve next week. After the star jumps we started to run around the playground to see how many laps we could do! The score was recorded and a goal was also set for next week. 6 children achieved up to 20 laps!
