Before the next academic year begins in September, we would like to take this opportunity to inform parents/carers of our new PE kit expectations. From September, children will take part in three 30- minute sessions of Physical Education each week; two indoor and one outdoor session and these will be taught by the class teachers.
It is essential for all pupils to wear appropriate kit for their PE lessons to ensure personal hygiene and safety. We advise that parents/carers make sure their child has the correct PE kit available in school on their timetabled PE days.
During PE lessons, children are not allowed to wear jewellery/accessories of any kind, including watches, necklaces and earrings. Please ensure that these can be removed or safely secured during PE.
P.E Kit should include:
- – A white t-shirt/polo
- – Black shorts
- – Black plimsolls/pumps for indoor sessions.
- – Trainers for outdoor sessions.
Thank you in advance for your support with ensuring your child is well equipped for their PE lessons.
Yours Sincerely, Mr. Robertson
P.E. Leader.
